The Danbridge Neighborhood
The Danbridge neighborhood is located in the northwest Washington state city of University Place near many wonderful attractions and sights. Set near Chambers Bay, Danbridge residents can enjoy a peaceful, scenic, welcoming environment for families of all ages.
The community was established in 1995 with the first occupied house located in Phase 1. Danbridge now consists of 123 individual houses and 16 townhouses. We are proud of our more than 15 acres including 3 acres of common ground for our community to enjoy. It is the mission of the HOA to maintain the attractiveness and desirability of Danbridge!

The Danbridge community is part of the University Place School District and sends students to the following schools: Chambers Primary, Drum Intermediate, Curtis Junior and Senior High school. Chambers Bay Golf Course
Built on the site of a former sand and gravel mine adjacent to Puget Sound, Chambers Bay gave the architects an ideal medium upon which to build a traditional links golf course. Chambers Creek Regional Park
This 930-acre site includes over two miles of saltwater shoreline, two and a half miles of urban creek and canyon and breathtaking mountain and Puget Sound views.
