The Danbridge Neighborhood
The Danbridge neighborhood is located in the northwest Washington state city of University Place near many wonderful attractions and sights. Set near Chambers Bay, Danbridge residents can enjoy a peaceful, scenic, welcoming environment for families of all ages.
The community was established in 1995 with the first occupied house located in Phase 1. Danbridge now consists of 123 individual houses and 16 townhouses. We are proud of our more than 15 acres including 3 acres of common ground for our community to enjoy. It is the mission of the HOA to maintain the attractiveness and desirability of Danbridge!
